Considered an artist in the field, Dr. Kenneth Williams has an extensive hair restoration background that began in 1986. Prior to beginning his practice of medicine, surgery and cosmetic surgical care 30 years ago, Dr. Williams attended the University of California, Irvine to obtain his undergraduate degree in premedical studies. He went on to graduate medical school from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Dr. Williams completed his residency at Long Beach Pacific Hospital. Following his residency, Dr. Williams went into practice as a primary care physician at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and Irvine, St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Today, Dr. Williams runs his practice at the Irvine Institute of Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery – Orange County Hair Restoration as founder and principle physician. Dr. Williams’ many accolades include Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and board-certified primary care physician. He is also involved in numerous groups, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, and is a lecturer with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. Dedicated to teaching prevention and health as it relates to aging, Dr. Williams educates medical students and residents all across California. Currently, he sits on the clinical teaching faculty of Western University of Health Science in Pomona, Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in San Francisco and Chapman University.
