Digital Marketing Specialist

Capillus is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to begin immediately. This position is responsible for outlining & implementing strategy and techniques for paid and non-paid referral channels, as well as presenting recommendations to management. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce and understanding of paid search, as well as all aspects of digital performance marketing, to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of campaigns and meet company expectations. This role will ensure all analytics and reporting is clear and communicated efficiently to Executive Management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning and execution of paid and non-paid search online marketing. Must have ability to use and interpret available sources of customer data, integrating and cleansing data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive marketing campaigns and decision-making.

Responsibilities include: Generating inquiries through targeted PPC campaigns on multiple search engines. Managing PPC platforms and optimizing campaigns to reduce CPA and increase inquiry volume. Performing wide-scale business analysis to interpret data, determine trends and efficiencies of campaigns, and execute necessary changes to improve the performance of the campaigns. Analysis and recommendations on all PPC campaigns, translating data into meaningful reports to effectively communicate results, recommendations, and solutions to Executive Management.

Working with Executive Management to understand their information needs and develop analyses. Integrating and cleansing data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making. Designing and implementation of business intelligence dashboards that help users analyze and take action on data. Turning data into recommendations and clearly communicating those to the appropriate people, including executive management. Telling a story with data by preparing and presenting executive level summaries of analyses in a concise fashion. Working on a team helping to define and develop requested business intelligence deliverables.

Duties

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC): Developing and managing PPC campaigns such as Google AdWords PPC, Google Remarketing, Bing Ads, YouTube, Google Shopping, Facebook
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Onsite Content, Link Building
  • E-Commerce Campaigns
  • Data Mining: Analyze databases for new information, analyze customer behavior and trends, Work with web traffic analytics and Salesforce.com CRM to create reports and dashboards
  • Mobile Marketing
  • Content Management: Drive the creation of regular editorial content: blog, onsite content, social media updates, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

  • Amazon Seller Programs, Salesforce.com CRM Experience, Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.

  • E-Commerce SEM Required
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
  • PPC Ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing)
  • Client-Side Experience Preferred
  • Website Analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools. – WordPress / WooCommerce

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably Journalism, Computer Science, or Management Science Background
  • 3+ Years of Relevant Work Experience
