Capillus Healing Pod Marathon Sweepstakes – Official Rules

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Capillus, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Capillus Healing Pod Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").
1. Who Is Running the Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes is offered by Curallux, LLC, 1715 NW 82 Ave, Miami, FL, 33126 ("Capillus"). Capillus is also the distributor of the prize.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Capillus, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and event agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes entry period is:
2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon: Thursday, October 8, 2026 to Saturday, October 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM ET to [6:00 PM ET (the "Entry Period").
2026 TCS New York City Marathon: Thursday, October 29, 2026 to Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 9:00AM ET to 6:00PM ET (the “Entry Period”).
Capillus's clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the Capillus booth and complete an official entry form with your full name and email address. Trying the Healing Pod, making a purchase, or booking a consultation is not required to enter. In-person entry at the booth is the only method of entry.:

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete or illegible are void.
5. Drawing
2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Drawing – Drawing on or about November 1, 2026
2026 TCS New York City Marathon Drawing – Drawing on or about November 15, 2026
Capillus will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted in Miami, Florida. Capillus's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) Capillus Healing Pod. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,699. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,699.
The prize includes standard shipping to the winner's address in the fifty (50) United States or D.C. and the manufacturer's standard warranty. The prize does not include installation or set up or any other expense not expressly listed. Actual value may vary based on market conditions; the winner will not receive any difference between actual and stated ARV.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner is permitted. Capillus may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
The prize is provided with the manufacturer's standard warranty only. Capillus makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize. The winner is responsible for using the prize in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and should consult a physician before use if they have any medical condition.
7. Odds
One (1) winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email only, on or about November 2, 2026, at the email address provided on the entry form. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification email and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within five (5) business days of receipt.
If the potential winner fails to respond or return the required documents on time, is found ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or the notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Capillus will select up to [two (2)] alternate winners, after which the prize may go unawarded.
The prize will be shipped to the verified winner within approximately four to six (4–6) weeks after verification, to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or D.C. A prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize and for any other costs not expressly included in Section 6. Because the prize ARV is under $2,000, Capillus does not expect to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC; however, the prize may still be taxable income to the winner.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Capillus to use the winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice or approval.
11. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information collected from entrants is subject to Capillus's Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY POLICY URL] - https://www.capillus.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants who opted in agreed to receive marketing emails from Capillus and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.
12. General Conditions
Capillus reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Capillus's reasonable control, Capillus may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received. Capillus is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or notifications.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Capillus, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims or losses of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, including personal injury, death or property damage, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. 15. This Sweepstakes is offered solely by Capillus. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Bank of America Chicago Marathon or the TCS New York City Marathon, its organizers or sponsors, or any other event organizer.
