Keep in mind that it takes time for hair to grow. You will not notice results immediately as it takes time to restore follicle health and then for the new strands of hair to grow. We recommend you take pictures of your scalp before you begin treatment so you can effectively keep track of results.

We provide a 3 year limited warranty on the CapillusPro laser cap device and 1 year limited warranty on the battery pack and AC Adapter. Capillus warrants the CapillusPro against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase from a Capillus authorized physician. To activate your warranty on the CapillusPro, register your device within 30 days of purchase at www.capillus.com/activatewarranty. If a defect in material or workmanship exists, Capillus will repair or replace the necessary parts with new or reworked parts at no charge. Any replacement part will be covered under the original 3 year limited warranty. This Warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accident, or modification of any part of the unit as determined by our return department. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than the company. Failure to use and maintain the CapillusPro in accordance with the instructions in this manual will void the product warranty.

We guarantee your satisfaction or we will gladly accept returns of new laser devices purchased by customers on www.capillus.com within the first 6 months. Please note that only purchases made directly from Capillus.com are eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee. This offer is not applicable to purchases made through physicians or other retailers. Please check with your physician or retailer for their return policy. Please note that satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to purchases of new Capillus devices and is not applicable to upgrades, reworked devices or financial relief programs.
Like any medical treatment for hair loss, it takes time to see the results. We want you to give our laser therapy a chance. If after using the device, you decide that you are not satisfied with your results, contact us to initiate a return within 6 months of purchase. The return may only be made by the customer on record verified with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Policy updated on October 15, 2020. If it is necessary to clean the surfaces of your Capillus®️ laser therapy cap, please follow these instructions. Note: the Capillus®️ laser therapy cap has no parts that can be serviced by the user. If service is required, contact Capillus, LLC.
DISCONNECT ALL CABLES ON THE CAPILLUS®️ LASER THERAPY CAP BEFORE CLEANING
To clean the Capillus®️ laser therapy cap, gently wipe the inner surface of the laser device with an alcohol wipe or a water-moistened cloth. Do not use excessive pressure or force as this may damage the unit.
DO NOT use acetone or any other solvents on any part of the device. Acetone and other solvents will damage the unit and void the warranty.
