Locate your product identifier or compatible Capillus laser cap serial.

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my progress?
No. Everything recorded before September 2nd sessions, your registered device and your progress photos will be transfered to the new app and stays available there.
I signed in and the new app looks empty. What happened?
Your information may still be transferring. Check again after the migration window, and contact support if it has not appeared.
Do I need to create a new account or reset my password?
No. Returning users can sign in with the same email and current password.
Can I keep using the old app?
No, after the switch, you can only use the new app to keep your routine current.
What if I miss September 2?
You can still download the new app and sign in after September 2. Your transferred information will remain available in the new experience.
Do I need to re-register my cap?
No. Your registered device transfers with your account information.
I have more than one email address, which one?
Use the email address connected to your current Capillus app account.
My information has not appeared.

Can I use both apps at the same time?
No, once you update to the new app, the old one won't be available.
