A Clearer Way to Stay on Track: Capillus Launches Its New Mobile App

Capillus, a leader in red light therapy and FDA-cleared laser therapy devices for hair regrowth, has announced a new mobile app designed to help customers keep their Capillus routines, progress, and support in one place.

Built around the role consistency plays in any ongoing wellness routine, the new Capillus app gives customers a clearer view of their activity over time. Users with a compatible connected Capillus device can automatically log completed sessions, review their session history, set daily reminders, and add progress photos from their phones.

The redesigned experience also brings registered devices, educational content, rewards, and customer support together in one app. Customers can follow milestones and streaks as they build a consistent routine, while the in-app Library and Help Center make guidance easier to find when questions arise.

"Our customers do not experience Capillus as a single session. They build a routine over time, and we wanted the app to support that entire experience," said Capillus CEO Domingo "Opi" Moreira. "The new Capillus app gives customers a simpler way to stay organized, revisit their progress, and reach us when they need help. It is an important step in building a closer, more useful relationship with every person who chooses Capillus."

Current app users can move to the new experience by downloading the new app and signing in with the same email address and password associated with their existing Capillus account. Existing sessions, registered-device information, and progress photos will transfer when users sign in with the matching email address. Customers should complete the move by September 2, 2026, to keep future activity together in the new app.

The new Capillus app reflects the company's continued investment in connecting science-driven technology with practical, everyday support. By bringing session tracking, reminders, progress records, education, rewards, and assistance into one experience, Capillus aims to make it easier for customers to follow the routines they have chosen with greater clarity and confidence.
