"I'm enjoying the new Derma Roller; it's not as sharp as the one used at the hair clinic, but I understand the need for safety when clients are the ones using it. I'm glad you've listened to your client's feedback about the expensive packaging of your shampoo set, and that you changed the bottle labels to an easily identifiable labels in the shower. Thank you for splitting the shampoo set into individual bottle purchases, but I'm saddened that you went back to a single shampoo bottle. The double shampoo bottles were an excellent combination. Your bottles are still overpriced by about $10 each as compared to similar good products on the market. You may want to add a lot more medical and scientific information about each one of your bottles. Your website woefully lacks enough information for customers that do not go to a hair clinic and do not know the necessity of a healthy, clean scalp in growing new hair, or stopping hair from falling. You explanations are too simplistic. Is your aim to target people in their 20's who do not like to read much, and generally do not loose hair easily? You need to be an educational website, as much as a good product provider, if new customers are going to trust your products."
