I've used it for 14 days, and since it may take up to 3 months to notice any difference, I have little to say, except, it is easy to use. Thank goodness for the insert pads because the cap is large on my head! When recharging the battery, the charger isn't very snug when I recharge the battery - it tends to wiggle, i have to make sure there's better contact so the battery fully charges. At the price offered, a second battery should have been included. Overall, its a wait and see, but I'm optimistic. I'll do a another review in 2 1/2 months. I can't give it 5 stars - yet"
